The problem

Where eligible members get lost.

Renewal cycle card: from January 2027, renewals every 6 months instead of 12, with work hours checkedRenewal cycle card: renewals every 6 months instead of 12, with work hours checked

Every renewal now checks work hours

Most expansion adults must show 80 hours a month of work, school, training or volunteering at each six-month renewal (Section 71119).

Renewal notice card: mailed to an old address and returned, member still eligible but coverage at riskRenewal notice returned from an old address, member still eligible but at risk

Eligible members lost to paperwork

Most members who lose coverage at renewal are still eligible. The notice went to an old address, or they couldn’t get through in time. Each one is lost revenue for the plan.

Your members work while your call centre is open

Many Medicaid members work hourly jobs. They pick up in the evenings and on weekends, when most MCO call centres are closed.

The renewal window

Every renewal has a window. Casey works all of it.

The state checks its own data first. If that doesn’t renew the member, it mails a form with at least 30 days to return it, then gives at least 10 days’ notice before coverage ends. Casey’s outreach runs across that whole window, not just the last week.

How Casey works

Casey reaches every member on your list, early and more than once.

An AI voice agent that calls, texts and leaves voicemails on your plan’s behalf, and holds a real conversation when the member answers.

How Casey works: share the renewal list, reach out 4 to 6 times, answer the member, route hard cases, feeding a live campaign tableHow Casey works in four steps, feeding a live campaign table

Casey Co-pilot

Every inbound call is a chance to renew.

When a member on your renewal list calls about something else, a claim, a refill, a behavioural health appointment, Co-pilot flags it to your agent in real time. An inbound call reaches the member every time. Co-pilot makes sure your team doesn’t waste it.

Co-pilot also answers from your knowledge base during the call and writes the notes afterwards, so new hires handle renewal questions like experienced agents.

Proof

Already live with a Medicaid plan.

Most vendors are still pitching H.R.1 readiness. Casey runs renewal outreach today for Alliance Health in North Carolina: outbound calls to members due for renewal, and Co-pilot flags on inbound calls. Every word Casey says is approved by the state first.

“Your Medicaid renewal is due April 30. Here’s what the state needs from you.”
Casey says only what your state approves.
Built for compliance

The state decides eligibility. Casey makes sure members don’t miss the deadline.

Under CMS rules, only the state can decide whether a member is eligible or meets the work requirement. Casey never does. It tells members a renewal is coming, keeps their contact details current, explains what the state is asking for, and answers when they call.

State-approved words only

Casey says only what your state has approved: scripts, FAQs, voicemail and SMS text. When CMS guidance changes, you update the script, not the system.

Built for PHI

HIPAA, SOC 2 Type 2 and PCI DSS Level 2. Deploy in our cloud, your VPC or on-premises.

Fits your call centre

Pre-integrated with Five9, NICE, RingCentral, Aircall and Dialpad. Hand-offs reach your agents with full context.
